Life is like a washing machine. Sometimes it just spins around at full speed and makes you feel all clean and nice-smelling, and sometimes the door dosent latch properly and clothes come flying out. Even worse, someone puts a red shirt with white clothes and everything comes out pink (ugh.)
Tomorrow is sports day. I don't know whether to look forward to it or not. Photography tomorrow is going to be hot, chaotic and more stressful than previous years. Ever since my 2006, I have run with the photography section, sprinting around toa payoh staduim taking photos of everything and anything going on. Every year, I nearly get trampled by the marching contingent. Every year, I yell my lungs out during the CCA relay. And every year, I enjoy myself to no end.
Tomorrow will be my last sports day. And I am not going to let anything ruin it. NOTHING.
I will not let stupidity get in the way of my enjoyment.
Responsibilities will not hold me down from doing my fullest.
If it is not my fault and yet I get blamed, I will simply smash the offending person into the ground.
If horrible things happen or if I fall flat on my face, one day I will look back on al this and laugh. But for now, I will pick myself up, brush off the dirt, continue running, and fall down again. Failure is not a measure of uselessness, but the next step to success. (:
Photography, this is for you.
