Farming Frenzy!

Hee. I have gotten back into farming games. For Christmas, my lovely, wonderful and ever-understanding parents got me Rune Factory 2, which is in effect, a fantasy harvest moon. Not only do you get to farm, you can battle/tame monsters, forge weapons, practise pharmancy, become rich on produce, mine for jewls, grow rare and valuable crops, and of course, find a potential wife. The last bit I'm not so thrilled about. You require a wife to move on to the next Generation in this game, and she must be found in a set time. So far, I think I have found her, but i have to keep giving her all my precious stones that I mine, and thus saps an important part of my income. Well. Its either her or the other girls that require their gifts grown (like Pink Turnips. Why Turnips?!), so she is the easiest to woo, I think.

Thats her on the right. I think she will make a good wife, mm-hm. XD

(For those of you who have heard my escapades in HArvest moon: friends of mineral town, you should remember that my criteria for a spouse is that He/She must not take too long to woo. I am a swine that way.)

Speaking of swines, I have livestock! I have a sheep-monster called a Wooly, a cow monster called a Buffamoo a chicken-monster called a Cluckadoodle and a Wolf-monster called a Snowy Wolf. Yes, the names are very creative on the part of the game makers, I know. All the monsters are capable of attacking. Yes, even the chicken. It's attack is called "Insesent Pecking." Brillient, isnt it?

This is a buffamoo. It is functional and ferocious. free-range milk, anyone?

!ndia and an ELEPHANTINE CAMERA PROBLEM

Gah. my poor canon has been hit with the terrible ERROR 99 problem afflicting canons everywhere. And now, the poor thing refuses to take photos and has the word "BUSY" flashing on the screen.

;_;

Why, canon, why?! what could you be more busy with than taking photos?!

Am trying to resolve the problem through the interwebs. Has resorted to hijacking dad's canon.

Besides that,!ndia is wonderful.

Will give better blogpost when not so worried.

of amusing designs and being spoilt.

It has been a wonderful two days. I have collected a few new things to use, and to be amused at.

First and formost, my father has spoilt me by buying a pair of $58 Hi-Fi headphones for my exclusive use. Thank you, dad! It has made listening to music much easier without having an irritating earbud shoved in my ear canal. Even though I think this may be part of elaborate ploy to get me to listen to more classical music, I appreciate it anyway.

Next, I have gotten myself stickers. Yes, stickers. And not just any stickers! Banao stickers! What on earth is Banao? Is it a banana? Is it nao? Is it a Banana nao? Its Amusing! And, its going on my spanking new headphones! XD

GO BANANAS WITH BANAO.

Finally, this is my amusing story for today. My ex-neighbour, Aunty Shirly, has aquired a new parrot named James Bond. They named him after the famous spy in the hopes that he would be able to say "My name is Bond. James Bond." He hasen't managed to say that yet, but he can squawk out "Bond Bond! Bond Bond! BOND BOOOOOONDDDD!" XD

Oh. And he also shouts "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" in a most dramatic way when ignored. Its really quite shocking.

Well. Thats it for a while. I'm going to India on wednesday evening though, so look forward to my !ncredible !ndia shots when I get back. ;)

(oh goodness. i sound like a travel ad.)

Pub and Go!

Englands character song! Its rock, and it has a whole bunch of other APH extras. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to get one. Oh well.

(I love pub and go. Although I can only understand "pub and go", "Fish and chips" and" AMERICA NO BAKAKAKAKAKAKA". -shot for fail-)

(the cover of the character CD is pretty. Hurr.)

Oh goodness

Do you remember, way back in primary school or sec one, we all tended to have a 'family', with brothers, sisters, parents and various aunts, uncles and distant relatives that were mainly compromised of random friends?

Well, apparently, I am an uncle of at least 4 british men now. (My sister's bunch of pals have named themselves the 'British men'. Dont ask me why. Its a very long story.)

My sister has "married" and produced 4 children with her "wife". She has "siblings" apparently, but she is not sure which ones are married with "children".

Its very creepy to innocently walk in to your sister's room looking for duct tape and suddenly have a hoard of P5 girls loudly declare that "Uncle Jac has entered the building."

Sigh. Kids these days.

(oh yes. 101st post. Yay? XD)

Munching Through Malaysia

Summary of my trip to KL:
-Ate a lot of wonderfully unhealthy food. Pork lard = 8D
-Probably put on weight. Nevermind, im back to running.
-Not much photography in KL because it was mostly very grey there. But got a few shots.
-Discovered that most of my pants have holes. Threw them out.
I'll let the pictures do the talking now.

Sunset over KL.

My sister being strange. XD
