At the amount of crap happening.
Hold your eyeballs tight for the summary of the week.
1. Prelims L1 R5. One word. BLECH.
2. sec 4 farewell party. I MISS PHOTOGRAPHY SO BAD THAT ITS NOT FUNNY. ):
3. Tagboard. My mom says that she knows that she's awesome. ;D and Thank you.
4. Bake-a-thon. Teacher's day cards. I swear to never pick up a rolling pin again.
5. Taekwondo. Grading in October. I will smash that along with the O levels.
6. Study. Cruel. Inhumane.
7. Test papers. Even more cruel. Especially on sunny days and rainy afternoons. (thats the optimal siesta time, dontchaknow.)

FAIL.
Today I returned home with a woebegone face. My dearest mother, being ever so helpful, asked why I had a face blacker than squid ink.
My only reply was; " I Fail."
Mind you, I have only failed chemistry so far for prelims, but none of my other subject marks look too stellar.
My dear, wise mother then said to me: "Its okay Jac, there will always be people who will fail more than you." And then she handed me a sheet of paper with pictures printed on it.
These are a few of those images.

"Now," my mother said, "Do you believe me?"
XD
My mother is the best.

So, my fellow potential failures (maybe not), Rejoice! for now you know, somewhere, out there, there will always be a bigger failure than you. :P

If life is the sea, then I'm an island in a whirlpool.

Because days are turbulent and chaotic now.
Haha, 60- days to O levels. And a few more to the end of the year. How time flies. Especially when you are dreading something.
I am now 16. Funny though, I don't feel any older. In fact, I now frequently have this strange urge to curl up somewhere with my Nintendo DS and to never stop playing. Whoever said that Nintendo is for kids obviously never owned a gameboy. Sad souls.
Sigh. I want to run across the world with my camera to live life as carefree as the wind for a few days. To explore, to experiance, to see the world in all it's glory. You can tell me that everything is on the internet, but thats nothing compared to seeing it for yourself. Being restricted to my schoolbooks and having life revolve around the school is starting to take its toll. The wanderer wants to run free.
Road trip, anyone?

.:Save the World:.
My sister is priceless.
Sister: OMG WAIT STOP THERES A FIRE
Me: D8 ?!?
Sister: *dramatically stomps out smouldering cigeratte*
Sister: I SAVED THE WORLD.
Sigh.
*EDIT* Now my sister wont stop calling me an Old Grumpy Bear With a Sore Head because of this. Sigh again.

You Are an Old Soul |
![]() You are an experienced soul who appreciates tradition. Mellow and wise, you like to be with others but also to be alone. Down to earth, you are sensible and impatient. A creature of habit, it takes you a while to warm up to new people. You hate injustice, and you're very protective of family and friends A bit demanding, you expect proper behavior from others. Extremely independent you don't mind living or being alone. But when you find love, you tend to want marriage right away. Souls you are most compatible with: Warrior Soul and Visionary Soul |

Da ba dee da ba die
Inside and outside blue his house
With the blue little window and a blue corvette
And everything is blue for him and hisself
And everybody around cause he aint got
Nobody to listen to
I'm blue da ba dee da ba die...
I'm blue (if I was green I would die)
~ Eiffel 65
Damn you red cross, you've got the song stuck in my head now.
Ha, Prelims are finally over. And now, everyone is partying. Life has finally gotten intresting again. After the draught comes the harvest, eh?
Yesterday I went for a rather failed shopping trip with Dilys, Salome, Nat teo and Jillian. I have been forcefully educated about the differences between a wallet, a purse and a clutch bag.A purse is a HUGE wallet, and a clutch is a HUGE wallet that you stick under your armpit. I have no idea why people want to have huge wallets to put under their armpits when they have things called bags, but oh well. I shall not waste time on wondering whether clutch bags are secretly sweat absorbers because thats disturbing on several different levels.
Dilys and co. also tried to get prom clothes for me, but thankfully that didnt happen in the end. You guys are never gtting me into a prom dress. Never. THIS I SWEEAAAAAAR.
After our walkabout the shopping mall at vivo, we went to see UP. Pixar has never failed to please. Its a good movie. Go watch. Just don't watch with people who scream at tense moments unless you are okay with other people glaring at your general direction. But I am okayish, so Salome, Nat and Jill, I will go watch movies with you guys again. XD we watch taken again at salome's house next, yes?
It was fun in the end. Forcefully educational, but fun. I guess I should enjoy these little exploits now before the O level rush sets in. But I guess two days worth of chaos should last me a while.
National day celebrations were a complete riot this year as usual, and I have managed to yell myself hoarse again. Eating two tons worth of snacks was not a good choice after all that shouting. It was strange not running with the photog group this year though. Ah, CCA retirement is no fun. Running around as part of a fail conga line on the other hand, is thouraghly amusing, and not only do you get to run around madly, bursting through the crowd gives that added thrill of the chase. I will miss the days where we run around madly for the heck of it and jump like maniacs to 'Stand Up for Singapore'. We may complain about the school's lack of enthusiasm, but I bet deep down, all the students on sugar highs really just make up for it.
I SHALL LIVE LIFE TO THE FULL THIS WEEKEND. I REFUSE TO STUDY. I DONT CARE WHAT THE CAT HIGH BOYS ARE DOING. I DEFY THEE, MRS L#W. >8D
