Hee. I have gotten back into farming games. For Christmas, my lovely, wonderful and ever-understanding parents got me Rune Factory 2, which is in effect, a fantasy harvest moon. Not only do you get to farm, you can battle/tame monsters, forge weapons, practise pharmancy, become rich on produce, mine for jewls, grow rare and valuable crops, and of course, find a potential wife. The last bit I'm not so thrilled about. You require a wife to move on to the next Generation in this game, and she must be found in a set time. So far, I think I have found her, but i have to keep giving her all my precious stones that I mine, and thus saps an important part of my income. Well. Its either her or the other girls that require their gifts grown (like Pink Turnips. Why Turnips?!), so she is the easiest to woo, I think.

Thats her on the right. I think she will make a good wife, mm-hm. XD
(For those of you who have heard my escapades in HArvest moon: friends of mineral town, you should remember that my criteria for a spouse is that He/She must not take too long to woo. I am a swine that way.)
Speaking of swines, I have livestock! I have a sheep-monster called a Wooly, a cow monster called a Buffamoo a chicken-monster called a Cluckadoodle and a Wolf-monster called a Snowy Wolf. Yes, the names are very creative on the part of the game makers, I know. All the monsters are capable of attacking. Yes, even the chicken. It's attack is called "Insesent Pecking." Brillient, isnt it?

This is a buffamoo. It is functional and ferocious. free-range milk, anyone?
